I think for the public it is very difficult to really feel this anti-corruption initiative. But we can learn about it from the newspaper or online. And then maybe the public will have more credibility for the government.

Actually, in my hometown—a small, overlooked place that is neither too poor nor particularly wealthy—a little village in a resource-depleted city in central China, corrupt officials still exist. The village community is full of tangled accounts and widespread corruption that everyone knows about. The process of reporting such issues is difficult, moving step by step up the hierarchy, only to end with officials protecting one another.

And I am just a high school student, listening to the problems discussed by the adults. Instinctively, I trust my parents, but deep down, I hope the corruption behind it all will be thoroughly investigated.
