Last week, following my friend's recommendation, I watched Mountains May Depart. It's an inspiring story. What moved me most was that the protagonist, Tao, always remains so energetic and elegant no matter what hardships she faces. There is also one line that struck me deeply: "Everybody can only accompany you for a part of your journey."

Thanks to director Jia Zhangke for showcasing the struggles of ordinary people across different eras. Some things change, some stay the same. Some pass away, and new lives emerge.
