As the weather cools down and the seasons change, people are more susceptible to catching a cold. How can you prevent this?
Answer

To stay healthy as it gets colder, focus on simple daily habits: wash your hands often, get enough sleep, eat nutritious foods (like fruits and vegetables), and dress warmly in layers.

Also, try to avoid close contact with people who are sick, and consider getting a flu shot for extra protection. Staying active and keeping your living space ventilated can help too. Take care!

Honestly, the best way I've found to avoid catching a cold is to just wash my hands regularly and try not to touch my face, especially when out in public. Also, getting enough sleep and eating well seems to really help my body fight things off. When the weather turns, I just make sure to dress in layers so I don't get too cold.

On weekends, we can get more exercise to strengthen our bodies. Also, eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, and don't be picky about your food.

Put on more clothes and eat some mutton, at least we drink mutton soup for autumn and winter.

I can keep warm in winter from three aspects: clothing, living habits and physical condition, with the core points as follows:
 1. Dress in layers for warmth, prioritize protecting the head, neck, hands, feet and other peripheral parts, and choose breathable and warm materials such as wool and down.
2. Reduce long-term outdoor activities, keep indoor ventilation, and avoid stuffy air caused by tightly closed doors and windows.
3. Eat an appropriate amount of warm food such as mutton and red dates, drink plenty of hot water, and take moderate exercise to promote blood circulation.

For me, getting more exercise makes you feel more energetic and vibrant. Also, wearing enough warm clothes protects you from freezing weather. And it's important for us to make precautionary preparations.
