How to apply for the electronic vaccination certificate

Open the Suishenban app, or mini program on Alipay and WeChat, and type "电子预防接种证" (electronic vaccination certificate) into the search bar on the homepage.

Click the "Chinese (中文)" button in the top-right corner to switch between Chinese and English versions.

Switch the profile from "Myself" to "Children" and click "Application" to start the application process and fill in the required details.

Click "Vaccination Information" to see the full vaccination records.
