Sorry, but I can't eat any spicy food at all. Because of living in the southeast of China, perhaps? I prefer a dish steamed or a dish with soy sauce. I have to say half of the chicken or a piece of pork in sweet relish can cause a culture shock to someone who has never lived in Fujian Province. By the way, I highly suggest you cook meat into a soup with wuzhimaotao and some corn or carrots. It is such a delicious thing if you have a yummy soup after returning!
