I think maybe tou can register a Wechat account. That is not difficult. You can buy a Chinese phone number first. Hope it helps you out.

My suggestion is that you can download wechat first. If you really can't download Wechat, you can ask your Chinese friends or hospital volunteers for help.

Maybe you can go hospital directly, you can book check there, nurse can help you. Somewhere have automatic machine, you can book by yourself. But maybe should stand in line when you book, but you also should stand in line if you book online.
