In fact, I don't know how to recover from depression. what I know is that tomorrow is another day.

To many factors make people get depression, one should recognize what is the main reason that makes him depressed at first. And then try to solve it step by step. In  my opinion, depression may be one of the main reasons that makes one depressed.

Although life is not so kind to everyone, and making a living has made us exhausted, can't we really  find any pleasure in our pleasure? There must be something that you are interested in, so spending some time on what you really like when you have spare time.

It seems that one's mind will drift from one thing to another. The sad memory you recalled may exacerbate your depression.

Therefore, don't be alone when you are free.

I think the best way of recovering from depression is feeling it by heart.

It is clinically proven that regular exercise is as effective in mild to moderate depression as antidepressant drugs. So go for a walk or run and leave the mutt behind. Keeping a mood journal or getting your thoughts on paper is often insightful. Also keep track of the things you have been grateful for. The most important thing to remember is that no matter how bad it gets, if you take right steps, talk to the right people, bad days can and will pass.

Inevitably, everyone has depression. When you are surrounded by themselves, you will feel depressed. And you constantly relive the unhappy events of the past. In severe cases, they may develop depression. So we should learn to control it rationally.

The first is relaxation, such as listening to music, walking, eating and reading, which can solve intermittent depression. At this time mainly to their own preferences, even if it is reading, they also had better choose some easy to read, they are more interested in the book to read.

The second is to chat, find a person who has the same three views with you, has made certain achievements, will support you and encourage you, with the energy of the other party to infect themselves, to inject new energy
and motivation into yourself.

The third is action. The best way to do more things that interest you. Such as writing a high quality long article or doing some aerobic exercises.

In all, depression is up to you. May every day be full for you.
