I know that. People who throw knivies from the third floor of a building have been sentenced to half a year of prison in Jiangsu. It is the first conviction of such a crime since the amendment to the criminal law took effect.

I thought even those moves does't cause injuries or property losses, it should be included into the law.

The new law may decreases the chance of throwing objects at the high level.

This law can decrease the deaths number. I agreed with this law 100%. Myself had an experience with the object threw from high levels and it's not fun because I nearly got hit. I support this law.

Many years ago, I remembered that I took my daughter after school. A bag of dust just flew down in front of us. As we looked up to see what happens, there is noboday there. You know, the building is just 5th floor only. We are really so angry.

I totally agree with this law. It's so perilous to throw something from a high level.
